Notes: The Puerto Rican composer Guillermo Venegas also appears in Victor documents as “William Venegas,” “William Venegas Lloveras,” and “Guillermo Venegas Lloveras.” However, a website dedicated to him (GVenegas.com) states that there are two persons credited as Guillermo/William Venegas: the composer, and a vocalist usually credited as “William” who recorded in New York and is a cousin of the composer. The website also states that the composer Venegas performed on at least two recordings for Victor The New York vocalist is often erroneously given credit for writing compositions.
