Source(s): Rigler-Deutsch Index; trade catalog; Victor ledgers. |
Instrumentation listed here appears in Victor ledgers for 4/10/1921. The collective personnel listing is from an Archeophone CD. Neither is confirmed. The most evident conflict between the two sources is the number of saxophones present (two listed in Victor ledgers, three listed in the Archeophone CD notes). A second violin is rarely if ever audible on these recordings. It is possible that someone doubled on saxophone and violin. |
