Notes
Laird: "This recording is an early example of an exploitation record for a Hollywood film. An unidentified announcer states that '... Ken Maynard will be coming to this theatre soon in The Wagon Show,' and as this silent film was released in April, 1928, this recording was presumably made around that time."
Brunswick's "LTR" master prefix indicates a private, or test, recording.
Documentation of Brunswick Records derives primarily from Ross Laird's "Brunswick Records: A discography of recordings, 1916-1931" (Greenwood Press, 2001). See the ADP Brunswick Records Resources page for more information.
