Victor ledgers: "Chas. O'Connell, present."
Vi 8495, 8498, and 16633 discs observed indicate the master as derived from take 2; the blue history card lists take 1 as the master. The blue history card notes that the issues were "replaced" in 1943. It is not confirmed that both takes 1 and 2 were issued, nor if so, which take was issued in 1934 and which issued in 1943.
