Wile notes the text of a memo from "Miller to Pullin and Hopper 7/23/1920": "Mr. Edison has today recorded a message to the Telegraph Fraternity, and it is his desire that we have a quantity of these records made up in time for the Telegraphers' Convention on August 30th. It is desired to keep these records permanently and it should be put through the sub-mnaster process ..." |
