The dates for the “Old series” session are thought to be either 2/9/1903 or 5/26/1903. Some of these may be remakes of earlier pre-matrix 12" recordings. Fagan and Moran created a matrix set they termed "OS," for "Old series." The designation represents a set of masters made at the end of the pre-matrix era. |
